Refund and rescheduling policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Focusmatrixhub Co., Ltd. for scoped engagements. Website visitors are not charged through this site.

Deposit

A 40% deposit typically reserves the calendar. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel. If you cancel more than fourteen days before the agreed start, we refund the deposit minus a THB 5,000 scheduling fee. Cancellations inside fourteen days forfeit the deposit unless we reschedule by mutual agreement.

Full and partial refunds

If work has not started (no data intake begun), unused fees above the deposit rules above may be refunded in full. Once analysis has started, fees cover work already performed; remaining prepaid amounts may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis assessed in writing.

Non-refundable items

Completed working sessions, delivered briefs, and third-party venue costs already incurred for workshops are non-refundable. Printed materials produced for a session are non-refundable once printed.

Process and timing

Email hello@focusmatrixhub.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One reschedule of a workshop or working session is allowed with at least five business days’ notice at no extra fee. No-shows without notice are treated as delivered for that session component.

Work already started

Data cleaning and draft charts count as started work. Clients who pause an engagement for more than sixty days may be asked to re-scope; prepaid balances are applied to the new scope or refunded under the partial-refund rule.
