You leave with a branch comparison pack, annotated visualisation of sales trajectories, and agreed next actions for merchandising and staffing. The brief is written for owners and regional managers, not buried in a technical appendix.

Scope included

• Intake of till extracts or export files for an agreed window (usually 12–26 trading weeks)
• Cleaning and alignment of branch codes, category trees, and festival calendar markers
• Same-store and cross-branch comparison charts
• Written owner brief and a half-day working session in Bangkok or by video for provincial teams
• One revision pass after the working session

Outside this review

We do not rebuild your point-of-sale software, train cashiers on terminals, or provide ongoing hosted reporting accounts. Those sit with your systems vendors.

Duration and delivery

Most networks complete in three to five weeks once clean extracts arrive. Meetings are held at our Sukhumvit desk or at your Bangkok head office; provincial branches participate by shared documents and scheduled calls.

Preparation

Nominate one contact who understands your category tree. Provide export files in the formats your tills already produce — we adapt; we do not demand a new template from cashiers.

Pricing basis

Engagements start from THB 85,000 for networks of three to six branches. Larger footprints and denser category trees are quoted after the discovery call. A deposit secures the calendar slot.
